bloating maybe swelling weeks after tummy tuck, how can i help get rid of it?

now going  to my  forth week after  the tummy  tuck operation, i still have a round tummy  well at least  after i get  up every morning,,  i wake up in the morning  with a flat  kinda normal  tummy ,, i even smile,, well maybe an hour later the transformation starts to happen,,  its start swelling  or bloating  and at the end of the  day  i look like i am in the early stages of pregancy. i measure it  and inthe morning i am around 77 cm at  night around 84cm. noticing  the tight skin over the scar  hangs out a bit,,  under the scar is fine flat and feels good at the touch,,, what  can i do to help this yo yo tummy bloating thing stop? the bloathing or swelling is more on the lower part of the tummy  and hips...  is that normal at all? i suffer of depression  and  this situation isnt  helping much really,,

Assuming that the swelling is true swelling and not accumulation of fluid (seroma) beneath the skin flap, I like to use a compression garment (girdle, spanx, etc).  Check with your surgeon to get his/her OK, and go in for a check up to be sure that you do not have a seroma.
