boob job

ive recently had a boob job a couple a days ago and although im probably worrying very early on here i am concerned,my left boob seems very swollen to my right and when i move it i can feel the implant touching the inside wall of my boob which i cant in the right one.it seems to make sloshing noises too occasionally

While I understand your concerns, you're far better off calling your surgeon and discussing them with him/her, particularly since I have no knowledge of the details of your surgical procedure or the type of implants used.  Sloshing in the pocket is a result of air that always disappears.  The different feel of one side versus the other and asymmetrical swelling is not uncommon this early after surgery, but should be addressed by your surgeon.
