breast biopsy

I'd like to know if i can excercise now, had a needle core biopsy test on my breast 2 days ago.

These biopsies are usually performed by general surgeons and not plastic surgeons.  Since the details of your procedure are onlyknow by your surgeon, the advisability of exercise should be discussed with him/her.
