breast fluid

1 week after breast reduction i feel that i'm well on the way to a good recovery; however, I am experiencing a strange? problem. when i sit or lie down if I scratch my breasts even though they don't move much, i can hear fluid moving around. Sounds crazy? I thought I was hearing things but I got my partner to lean over and listen and even she could hear the fluid. What could this be? I only had reduction not implants. I would like to know, if possible, what could this be and where could this fluid be coming from? Is it dangerous?   Thank-you

You probably do have a seroma, or fluid accumulation.  The fluid should be absorbed over time (the next week or two) but may rarely need aspiration.  Your surgeon should be following and advising you.  It is not a dangerous condition.
