breast lump MALE

breast lump MALE

Hi,
I am 45 year old male. Non smoker. About 15 years ago, i had masses removed from both of my pectoralis muscles, although the surgeries were performed many months apart. The physician who urged me in the direction of having the procedure, promised that there would be no visible scaring or deformity. Well, the evident scaring I can live with. But my left pec has a deficit on the lateral aspect. The left pec also now has a sagging lump on the bottom. The only was I can explain it is that it looks like the left pec area has 2 breasts. So the question is, can i get this corrected, as i am embarrassed to go shirtless at the beach. Even in a shirt, thee is an obvious deformity. Also, will insurance generally cover a procedure like that. My surgeon has moved on, other wise I would consult him. Thanks for the advice.   jimmy Conwell
