breast reduction

I had about 8 pounds removed a year ago and am still having pain and burning and lots of scar tissue in both breast. I have to have skin graphing since my breast became infected and had to have the dead tissue removed. The doctor that done the skin graph was not the one who done the reduction and removed clamps in one breast. I have lots of lumps and soreness. Does anyone know of anything that can be done to help me? Thanks
