breast reduction/lift

if I do a breast reduction does that automatically mean that my breast would be lifted. Also what would be the cost to do so and are there any side effects of do a breast reduction surgery? I used to be a b cup and after giving birth to my son I ended up being a triple d cup size. Would love to go down to a c cup

Breast reduction always lifts the breasts.  Costs and detailsof the procedure should be discussed wtih your selected plastic surgeon.  The procedure is often covered by insurance, provided there is documentation of a functional problem.
