can micro liposuction be used to remove cellulite

Can microliposuction be used to suck out pockets of fat in unwanted areas?  OR could fat be injected in certain craters caused by cellulite in order to get an even smoothness to prevent the ugly shadows caused by cellulite craters?   What I am asking is there a way to do spot work?  There has to be a freaking sollution to this.  After all if we can launch a stupid space shuttle into orbit why cant we figure out how to cure orange peel cottage cheese cellulite.  Get with it doctors!

There's lot of money to be made for a definite solution to this problem.  If such a solution were available, you would know about it!  Multiple procedures and technologies have been used for this issue, but none are great, permanent or consistently predictable.  Micro liposuction with fat injecting has a role, but is not the complete answer.
