cheekbone sunken eye.

Could you please help me out. When I was a young teenager I got bells plasy, but as an older teen I had residual problems with teh tone on my face on both sides. I never really was able to reagin the tone by normal physio exercises and now in my twenties, about nine months ago I started resistance training on the muscels, I over worked the muscles alot, out of frustration but now nine months later after doing no exercises my right cheekbone is enlarged and when I chew gum the next morning my eye feels sunken into the socket. My eyes feel as if they have been raised and moved closer to each other. Is there anything that can be done to reduce what appears to be a wider right cheek bone to my left and do you have any idea why my eyes feel smaller and sunken in to the scokets? This is an unusual and complex problem that can only be evaluated by a direct examination.  It is not clear that there is any obvious solution, but I would advise consulting with a local plastic surgeon if you wish to pursue treatment.  In additton to a direct examination, CT scan may also be appropriate to complete the evaluation.
