deformed head

Dear sir,
We are twins and my brother has a deformed head or a small head in proportion to his body. Now hes 28 years old. I wanted to know if its possible if something can be done to reform his head to normal size. Or any plastic surgery or any hair wig can do the trick. Please help me or guide in any way possible. Have your brother consult with a craniofacial surgeon who specializes in these types of deformities.  Ask his primary care physician to help you find someone in your area. In general these problems are treated in infancy, but other alternative treatments may be addressed at the time of a specialist consultation.
