deviated septum

I am interested in finding a reputable doctor to fix my nose.  I have suffered all of my life with continous sinusitus, headaches, colds, flue's, allergies...etc. I started using nasel stips not to long after they came out and boy what a god send! but I cant wear them in public so I suffer and I find myself holding one side of my face funny (sorta like a halfsmile) in order to hold that nostril open, it's created a horrible one sided frawn wrinkle and makes me look like a stoke victim. I am willing pay I just dont have insurance or can afford a large monthly payment. Is there anyone in the atlanta area that can help?
