enlarged nodule post breast reduction surgery

I had breast reduction a month ago and today I noticed a nodule at about 2 o'clock on my left breast. Could this be something from the surgery or should I contact my MD? Plastics or GYN or primary MD? I've had enlarged lymph nodes under both of my axilla that have been eval via US for about two years with no growth, so they're not concerned, AND I have two nodules to the left side of neck(which they are not concerned about)... But now this nodule---could it be related to the surgery?

It is likely that a breast nodule found only one month post breast reduction is directly related to that surgery (internal scar tissue, or the resolution of a small hematoma, or fat necrosis).  None of these problems is serious, but you should obviously return to your plastic surgeon to confirm.
