excess skin removal

Hello
I am a 46 year old woman who has struggled with my weight ALL of my life. One day after reaching 200 pounds, I finally decided I have had enough. I started walking 10 miles a day and gave up my sweets and cut down on my soda pops. I have now lost 80 pounds and have kept it off for about a year and a half now. I am very happy with my weight loss...but very depressed over all the excess loose skin I now have. I have tried everything to get rid of it and nothing works. I have no health insurance and not much money either. I want so desperately to have this excess skin removed, but can not afford it. Does anyone know of a doctor who does this free of charge?? This means everything to me. I have worked so very hard over the past year to lose this weight and keep it off...but I now have no self-esteem. I hate the way my body looks now. Sometimes I wonder if losing the weight was really worth it. I need some help with this. Thank you so much for your time!
