explantation surgery

Hello doctor, I had my breast implants done 10 months back, which were malpositioned, my implant on left side is much softer but on the right side it is so hard that it bothers me a lot, even after such a long time, it seems it not going to get softer, so i am planning to get my breast implants removed. Please advice what should i do, is there any other way to get my right breast implant softer within no time. Please help me taking a decision on this. Also, i have developed a benign cyst on my left breast after the implants surgery, which doctors told me, has nothing to do with breast implantation. This benign cyst is much painful. Doctors recommended an excisional biopsy for this. I am planning to undergo a major surgery including breast implants explantation, excisional biopsy and scars revision which are located in armpits and below both the breasts, and now it will be near the left nipple also as my cyst is located below it. I am really scared this time, as this is the final time i want to undergo a surgery, after this, definitely i would like to avoid such a situation. Will everything go well, and how long will it take for me to totally recover from the surgery. Please also answer my above question about breast implant explantation.

Thank you so much in advance.

In addition to the cyst, from your history, you obviously have capsule contracture of the right side.  Although the contracture scar can be removed and the implant left in place, there is no certainty that reformation of the contracture will not occur.  Explantation is an excellent alternative if you do not wish to undergo additional surgery.  Your surgeons would be in the best position to answer your questions about the disability following the proposed procedure.  If the implants are simply removed, then it would be my expectation that the surgery will be easy to recover from.
