face lift lumps

I had face lift surgery in Thiland 3 months ago. It feels as thought the stitches knots  used remain just under the skins surface, in the top of my head, as well as on the sides of my face; above the ears. They are creating lumps on the side of my face as well as feeling very uncomfortable. I can actually feel them when I rub. One has worked it's way to the surface and looks like fishing line.
The other issue is that the incisions on my face were not at all matching. Including the top of my head where only one insision was made on the left of my head. My face is now very lopsided.
Getting a face lift in Thiland was one of the craziest ideas I have ever had.

You problem is a classic example of problems that can arise with medical tourism.  See my comment about a Costa Rican advertisement on a previous post.  You clearly need to be evaluated by a plastic surgeon.  Finding a physician to treat you post-op problem may be difficult because no one locally has a vested interest in your care.  In addition, the type of sutures used that are creating your problem would be near impossible to identify from an overseas procedure.  Hopefully you can find a local surgeon who will see you.
