facial muscle damage

It has been 5 weeks since my my face lift, brow and neck lift and upper lip augmentation.  I continue to have no movement on the right side of my upper lip.  As the left side continues to heal the asymetry becomes more pronounced.  I also can not move the rim of my nostril on that side and there is no longer any nasial labial fold to speak of.  Is there anything that can be done to improve my situation?

It sounds like there is some loss of facial animation as a result of injury to the facial nerve on that side.  At this location, it often completely resolves, but many take three of four months to resolve.  Discuss this with your surgeon.
