fluid build up after surgery,upper arms removal of fat

what can I do two days after surgery where fluid buildup in left forearm has begun. I had the surgical removal of fat under upper arms. Thank you,

It is best to see your plastic surgeon who performed the operation for an evaluation.  It may be swelling, in which case keeping your arms elevated with help reduce the swelling.  If there is a fluid collection that requires drainage, your plastic surgeon can tell you that and perform the appropriate drainage procedure.
