head

hi my question is about the cranium. the circumference of my head is alittle 22 inches which is within normal but on the smaller side. im about 6'1-6'2 so this kinda small for my height. a normal range would be like 23.5 inches for my height. so my head is about 1.5 inch smaller in circumerfence than normal. even though it isnt much that little bit makes a big difference.
so my question is: is there cranioplasty that can slightly widen my skull alittle on each side ? i know they make cranio implannts in hundreds of different shapes and sizes. so can these implants be used to slight alter my head shape and help make it look alittle less narrow on each side? it seems possible considering they have jaw implants to widen the jaws,  cheek implants to widen the cheeks, and chin implants to widen the chin. so implants to widen the cranium makes sense.

thanks

It may be possible to use an extracranial solid silicone implant that can be custom designed and fabricated based on a CT scar and computer analysis.  I would see a craniofacial surgeon about this possibility.
