Hi

It is difficult to tell you exactly what would help your legs without a full evaluation.  Depending on whether its your thighs or lower legs that bother you there are different ways to approach each.  Calf implants are not a common procedure performed for women.  I recommend you make an appointment for a consultation with a plastic surgeon in your area and he/she may be able to give you a better idea of what is best for you.
