huge bulging veins

I have big bulging varicoss veins. My legs swell so big. I have all these purple dots going up the calf and my leg looks like its been scalded. It's so red. Bad pain and the left foot is now looking purple. I need a shoe 2 sizes bigger than my right foot. Even after getting up in the morning I have to cram and pack my foot into my shoe and when i get home and the shoes come off forget getting it back on. Some one has to help pull it off. My legs hurt so bad I can hardley bend them. First thing in the morning I can barley stand on them and getting up is unreal. When I did have ins. nothing was done because it was considered cosmetic. The itching , throbbing is unbearable. What can I do? I have no ins. now but I'm really scared there could be a clot. I'm no doctor but I do know that this is far from being normal. Your legs are not supposed to look like this.

The varicosities in your lower leg are causing the pain and swelling you are experiencing.  This is a problem best treated by a general or vascular surgeon.
