is liposuction a better option than tummy tuck

Hi I am really interested in getting an abdominal liposuction done as i have gained some weight on my stomach area after having just one baby , my only concern is that would liposuction be a better idea than tummy tuck if in case i was planning to have more kids down the road and is the pain as intense as a c section because i have already gone through that and i had dealt with the pain very well so please let me know what would be a better option for me...

Liposuction will reduce external abdominal fat and contribute to reduction of your fullness.  However it will obviously not tighten your abdominal wall fascia that has been permanently stretch as a result of your pregnancy.  There may be some limitation therefore of achieving full flatness with liposuction alone.  Tummy tuck should not be considered until after your family is complete.  The discomfort following liposuction is typically not great, particularly in comparison with a c-section.
