keloid or bumps at bottom of ears

I also have itching and bumps at underside of earlobes... I ended up with a hematoma 10 days post op- a temporal artery that had to be "tied,"... Is there such a process as stretching the skin to much??  I get bumps at corner of my eyes from blepho, lymph nodes at jaw lines that seem to retain fluid?  and still swelling or that feeling of a fullness lingering at jaw line and neck... it does seem to be residing, yet I am almost 6 months post op???? My PS just tells me we all heal at different speed, , but said to me I "pulled you really tight"  is there tooo tight

Six months is a long time for complete healing and scar maturation after a facelift and blepharoplasty.  Your history of post-op hematoma is probably the reason for your delayed healing.
