leaking implants corrective surgery

I am a 56 year old that had breast augmentation in 1978.  Both breast implants have leaks.  one from an accident the other through surgery preformed to remove a cyst on my aereora.
When originally preformed I had a wonderful doctor in the dallas area.  I have no idea what his name was so i am interested in again finding an exceptional plastic surgeon to preform the nesseccary replacement and correction.  The implants are silicone.  They have alwasy been soft and moved as if they where real.  I had no complications from the surgery.  I do have visable scares under the breast where the implants where placed behind the muscle. My left beast is visably misshaped with a  bulge that is located on the left of the breast under my arm pit.
I am also interested if this is still a covered proceedure and the likely hood they will still pay for implants that have leaked.  The leak in my left breast is at the very least 20 years old.  The right is approximately five to seven years since the surgery that caused the rupture.
Please inlighten me on how I should proceed.  Thank you for any advice you have to offer.

Sincerely,

Implant manufacturers (if they still exist for your implants) warrant the implants for only ten years.  If your implants are ruptured (very common with the older silicone gel implants), then you need to have these implants removed and replaced with the latest gel implants which are far superior to your current implants.  Consult with a local plastic surgeon about this.
