liposuction concerns - urgent

I am having liposuction and possibly a removal of some tissue for pseudo gynecomastia, and I potentially have to make a deposit tomorrow.  I was wondering what I can expect my results to be like, and especially, can I expect there to be any wrinkling/dimpling in my chest?  If there will be, will it be permanent?  Are liposuction scars/wrinkles generally unnoticeable after a few months?  I am 16 years old and 145 lbs.  Also I do have some breast tissue in my chest, and would like a second opinion.  I have consulted one plastic surgeon who has said he would remove it, and another who said it was not the root cause of my gynecomastia, and it would go away on its own (it is a very small amount).  Mostly I would please like an answer to my first 3 questions.  Sorry for the length of my question but it is late and I am starting to ramble.  Thank you for your time.

These are good questions and should have been addressed by your surgeon.  While rippling is a well known complication of liposuction, it is uncommon with gynecomastia.  The scars from gynecomastia are usually not significant.  OFten the best result I achieve with gynecomastia require both liposuction and direct removal of underlying breast tissue.
