lump after 3 years

I had a tummy tuck about three years ago. About three weeks ago I developed alarge hard lump above my incision. i have had a cat scan and ultra sound and was negative.  the lump is not sore, it feels tight, like I have a girdle around my abdomen. When I lie down it disappears.  It also appears larger at the end of the day. Would like your opinion.  Thanks

The appearance and disappearance of the lump due to position makes me suspicious of a hernia.  Now three years following a tummy tuck, I doubt that this problem is related to this surgery, but there is the possibility of a suture reaction to a non-dissolving sutures placed in your muscle fascia.  It's impossible to diagnose this problem without a direct examination.
