lumps in breast after breast reduction

after i had my breast reduction 4 months ago and i still have those lumps in my breasts and they are still hard like a rock, i went back to my surgeon and he told me that i will need another surgery to remove them, i really do want to remove them because they make me really uncomfortable but at the same time i wanted to get other doctors opinion on if i should get the second surgery or see onther doctor for second opinion..

The lumps are likely the result of scar tissue forming about clumps of fat that have died as a result of reduced blood supply.  They are not dangerous and do not need to be removed unless you request removal.
