non surgical inch loss and celulite solution

Im 20 years old...and have been looking into undergoing a procedure for quite some time now.
i have done extensive research on the internet for quite some time. But find myself being overwhelmed
with all the options available.
i would like to know which procedure is the most effective and fewest side effects.
areas interested in treating inner and outer thighs and possibly calves.
i have looked into:
Mesotherapy
velasmooth
lipodisolve/ lipo lite
ultrashape.
again i am so over whelmed and dont really know what would be the best option i am leaning toward the ulrashape or lipolite because apparently it does not involve injections nor down time.
any advise or feedback from doctor or those who have undergone any of these procedures would be greatly appreciated.

Simple answer - none of the above. All of the techniques mentioned either result in temporary (i.e., velasmooth) or unpredictable results using non-FDA approved drugs (i.e., mesotherapy).  Most of the practitioners promoting these procedures are not board certified plastic surgeons.  The best results seen with these procedures are in patients with minimal initial deformity.  If you fall into this category, then pay your money and take your chances.  If not, then seek someone who is experienced with real liposuction.
