not happy with results of smart lipo

Hi Doc I had smart lipo done a year ago on my upper and lower abs.  I am athletic and thin but always had a flabby and big stomach.  I did loose the fat but my skin did not tighten and now the skin on my abs is really loose and even sags.  I cant wear tight tops because u can see a bump at my belly button from the loose skin.  Ive never had children and I'm sure its genetic but I dont want to have a tummy tuck because I dont want that huge scar.  What do u suggest?

You need to consult with a plastic surgeon to see if any revision of the area would be useful.  It is impossible to determine how successful additional revisional surgery would be without a direct examination.
