not healing after breast augmentation

i;ve had breast augmentation 6 weeks ago i now have a open wound about 1cm in width with a visible implant along incision also very sharp pain in that breast various health professionals have told me not to worry, but my instinct is that there is something very wrong.

A thin scar with a visible implant may be of concern.  There is the possibility of breakdown of the scar with exposure of the implant.  Scar revision is sometimes necessary to improve the situation.  You surgeon would be in the best possition to advise you.  Sometimes the tissue will thicken on its own and no additional procedure is necessary.
