open wound on breast lift with silicone implant

I am 3 weeks post op, and my right breast has an open sore about the size of a nickle where the t anchor comes together at the bottom. It was closed but when I started my cycle my breast swelled and it opened and has gradually gotten bigger. It tends to leak a thin  liquid. Is this normal and what can I do to make it close? Should I put tagaderm on it?

There are a number of topical agents that can be used on this common area of poor healing after a breast lift.  Your plastic surgeon should be closely following this situation and advising you on the best appropriate local treatment.  It would be inappropriate to recommend a specific mode of treatment without first examining you.
