painful veins

I know you dont do vein surgery but i thought maybe you could point me in the right direction. I have varicose veins and spider veins very badly.My mother and father have them so i get it from both sides but my dads are much worse. i have also had 3 kids in 4 and a half years.i started working as a waitress when i turned 15 and still stand on my feet all day at 25.i have already had many blood clots and there is no way i can keep going like this its very painful.I need help.Please give me some advice.Thanks Beth!
