problems with sinusitis and mssa after rhinoplasty

hi. i had a turbinate reduction and a deviated septum repaired sept 30th 09...and also some cosmetic procedures on my nose...since this its been a living hell. i have had several sinus infections...open sores in my nose that are mssa a staph infection not resistant but it  never truly goes away.....i have been on antibiotics for all 6 months...i am getting no answers .......here are some of my questions......is this normal because of my staph.....if its not from staph is it from the surgery itself....could i have a csf leak.......although ive had a cat scan....it was great...would that show a leak.......is this ever going to go away??????????? if anyone has experienced this or knows any answer to even one of my questions i would love to hear from you....thanks

It is highly unlikely that you have a CSF leak.  The persistent staph infection is unusual.  Your problem is too complex to evaluate in this type of forum and needs to be addressed by your physician or with a second opinion.
