probono cosmetic surgery

is there any way that i can get rhinoplasty done at no cost?  I am so tired of my big nose. when a person refers to me its allways the girl with the big nose. i did not notice it until i was 12 my freinds at school and my mother told me that i have a big nose, and even my boyfriends allways have told me i would look good if i did not have a big nose. It has allways hurt me but i kept inside, but when my 10 year old son told me thats when i knew it had to be huge for him to notice it.  I do have very low selfesteem because of my big nose i cant look people in the eyes because i feel that they are staring at my nose!!!!

This simple answer to your inquiry is that the likelihood of having an elective rhinoplasty performed at no charge is virtually negligible.  Even if a surgeon were willing to performed the procedure with no professional fee (maybe this would be done by a resident in training at a university teaching program), there are still facility, operating room and anesthesia charges that would need to be covered along with the overhead for pre-op and post-op follow-up care.
