probono surgery

what do i have to do to get probono surgery? i have lost 100 lbs thanks to the gastric bypass  i try to work out as much as i can but its hard i am a single mother of three and currently takecare of my mother, and grandmother and uncle who are handicap and can not really afford it as i am on ssi and and disability

Often multiple procedures are required to treat patients for excess skin and sagging after massive weight loss.  Even if a trained surgeon were willing to undertake these extensive procedures at no professional charge (highly unlikely), there will be considerable additional expenses for anesthesia, facility (hospital), nursing care, etc.  Your best option would be to seek help at a nearby medical center with a plastic surgery training program, where reduced fees might be applicable.
