reacurring fat necrosis

Hi I had a breast reduction last year i was a e cup and he made me a c cup...After the swelling went down I developed fat necrosis in both breast where my skin was pulled inwards...in march I had them fixed where he cut the fat and took fat from my belly and out into my breast...well now I have 1 breast bigger then the other and again fat necrosis has developed. He was to perform surgery again in August and this time he said he will do the cut under neath my breast...my breast are so hollow in some spots do you think having surgery again will help or maybe seeing someone else? thanks

If you lack confidence in your surgeon's opinion, have him suggest a second opinion to reinforce his recommendations for additional surgery.
