reconstruction surgery

My fiance encountered a major head on car collision on her way to work recently. She sustained multiple fractures (major and minor) on both sides of her body (majority on the left). Her face endured an eye cavity fracture, broken sinus, cheek bone and mandible fracture on the left side. Surgeons were able to do reconstruction surgeries but there is definite disfiguration after all the procedures were done, especially around her eye area and cheeks along with multiple scars. She feels like there is quite a bit of difference in her appearance. She is really worried that the disfiguration is permanent. I was wondering if there are any reconstructive procedures and cosmetic surgeries that will correct her facial features and make her look like the way she used to. Any procedures that can be done in the near future to correct her disfiguration. Please help us with some information.

Your fiance's situation is much too complex and the information you supplied far to general to permit any meaningful recommendation.  The first step would be a thorough discussion with her surgeons, who have knowledge of the facial fracture and scar situation and their treatment.  They are in the best position to determine the next stages, if any, for her care.  If a second opinion is obtained, then that physician would need pre and post-op X-rays and scans as well as operative reports and a direct examination.
