request to help and advice

Dear Dr,

my name is sarah and i have 26 years.

actually i had a kind of line on my cheeks and i felt bad about it.so i asked the dr to solve this problem for me and then i had a fat injection on my face which suppose to be just on the line, but he made under my eyes as well.
i had this injection 1 year and a half ago.
i got 2 problem after this surgery:under my eyes a very big bag and on my cheeks line become more visible than before, i went to other dr and he advise me to have 20 session ultra sonic & LPG,so i took this 20 session and it makes it a little bit better, but not that much.
under my eyes,i can feel the fat which stick toghether just like a stone and puff and the line on my cheeks is more visible and deeper than before.

i talked to other dr and he advise me for cortizone injection under my eyes which the other dr told me there is a possibility after this injection that under your eyes be so deep and not nice, but the second dr told me its not like this and if we inject inside  the stick fat,it will absorb only that.

regarding the line on my cheeks the first dr told me there is no way to solve it and second one said for now just maybe by some injection we can cover it 20-30% and once you get older than 30 years you can lift your face.
and i dont feel like i can wait for 4 years more to get my life and face back.

i completely lost and i dont know what to do,just god knows how much i lost my self confidecne in this one year and a half and how my life changed, i really need to solve this problem to get back to normal life.

please help me and advise me.

Regards,

Sarah

One of the problems with improper or careless injection of fat is the development of lumps from retained, overinjected areas.  The only treatment that I know of is surgical.  Either the fat needs to be excised or broken up and removed in some very careful manner.  Steroid injections can result in fat atrophy, but the amount of atrophy is uncertain and the injected steroid may act on not just the injected fat but also on the normal adjacent fat.  It is impossible for me to opine on the success of any procedure without a direct examination.  Even then, any surgery may be unpredictable.  The LPG and ultrasonic treatment you had seems to be the least invasive and least dangerous option.
