rhinoplasty

i had a rhinoplasty done on my nose twice but now the tip seems to be falling. why is that?

As you might expect, this is an impossible situation to comment on without a direct examination.  The nasal tip essentially consists of skin, some fatty tissue, underlying cartilage and lining.  Loss of tip support can be due to the condition of the skin (excessive, thick or thin), or the underlying cartilage (how was this altered, repositioned, re-shaped or removed).
