rings and saggyness cause bt botox

Hi about a year ago i had botox i notce before and after pictures under my eyes it seemes  under my eyes itdropedmore and left more hollowness and a liite bag write after the botox was injected i still have it a year later. what caused this and can this be fixeable with out cutting. thanks mary

Botox is a neurotoxin with a limited duration of action.  It does not affect the structure or shape of your eyelids, particularly the lower lids.  Your lower lids may be improved with either surgery or, potentially, fat grafting.  Consult with a local plastic surgeon about your options.
