scar on nose

i have scar on nose since i was child now i m 17, the scar is very deep and look ugly,because it had no stiched,what should i do for remove my scar, i already use contractabux gel but its not working,you tell me what shoul i do??

Consult with a local plastic surgeon to see what are your best options. I would not be optimistic that a topical gel will improve a matured scar.
