scar revision for keloids?

I am 25 and have suffered with keloids from acnes since the age of 13. I have used steroid injections, pulse-dye laser, and numerous topical treatments. There is one large keloid on my chest (1 1/2 in.) that I just can't live with,and want to look into surgical or other options. I'm not sure what is out there and want to know what would be my best options. Are there any experts on the field to consult? I will go anywhere.

Keloids of the chest wall are particularly difficult and vexing conditions with no guaranteed solution.  I know of no one who, by reputation or results, is legitimately the guru of this problem.  There are a multitude of techniques used to treat this problem ranging from steroid to excision and skin grafting.  No one treatment modality is certain to produce a perfect result.
