seeking pro bono reconstructive surgery

for 5 months i've been looking for a hospital/doctor who is will to do reconstructive surgery on a young vietnamese girl.
her name is "nguyen thi hieu". as a babe in her mothers arms she was splashed with acid in an attack which killed her mother and left her badly scared and with only a remnant of a nose.
   can anyone please guide me to someone willing to be miss hieu's savior, she has lived with this trauma for 16 years.. now she a young woman.. please help change her fate in life.. if you can help , dont let her live out the rest of her life  like this.

Your best option would be to contact a university teaching hopital with a plastic surgery service.  They might be willing to perform the multiple surgeries required for this patient, or direct you to an organization that will help fund it.
