skin damage because of cortisone

i have been using dermovate about two years ago
and i didn't know about the side effects of this cream
after that i used the fusiderm
now my skin become thinner and sensitive and have acne and i can see the Vascular
i went to the doctor and she said that my face damaged because of the cortisone without telling her that i'm using it
then she told me to not use dermovate and  fusiderm
then she gave me a two creams and  Facial lotion
she said that if i use the medicine my face will be better

is that true?
is the damage of using cortisone can be treated?
please i need your help :(
i don't know what to do?
if you can recomend any medicine for me i will be happy
