skull reconstruction

so my friend had an accident when he was 16yrs old, he got a hit in the head by a bottle which dented his skull (forehead), is there a way to reconstruct his face to it's original shape now that he's 18?

There are any number of procedures that can be used to improve his appearance.  The decision of the best technique can only be made after an examination by a plastic surgeon.
