smart lipo

I have a hernia from birth do i ave to get it fixed before having smart lipo.

I would hope that the physician performing your lipo is a surgeon familiar with hernias (often SmartLipo is performed by non-surgeons who may lack familiarity with such matters).  The treating surgeon should make that determination, but it is not likely to be a requirement.
