stretch marks

I have deep purple stretch marks beginning at just above my belly button all the way to my pubic area from pregnancy - would a tummy tuck be the only way to remove these? Would the outcome be such that I could bare my midriff with little trace of the stretch marks or scars?

In a typical tummy tuck, skin is completely removed from the belly button to the suprapubic area.  A consultation with a dlocal plastic surgeon will determine if you are are a candidate for this procedure and if the procedure will meet your expectations.  It is unlikely that any laser therapy will erase the stretch marks.
