tightness in stomache

hi ihad breast reconstuction tram flap last year. i am still in pain since my muscle has been removed also my stomache goes very tight i cannot walk very far before it really wears me out. will my stomache always be like this or will it go better in time thankyou.

If you had a pedicled TRAM flap using the recuts muscle for blood supply, some persistent weakness of the abs is well recognized.  An abdominal binder or girdle may imporve your symptoms.  If there is significant evidence of wekaness of your abdominla wall with protrusion, then repair of the psudo hernia may be required with a natural or artificial mesh graft to further reinfoce you abdominal wall.
