what shoul I do

I  have deep acne pits on my both pits. I have taken laser surgery i.e.resurfacing costing Rs 10,000/- from New Delhi young look centre at Lajpat Nagar. This reduced backness of my pits but not filled the depth of these pits. may plastic surgery  filled the required depth of these pits and how much it will cost. Is therr any centre located at Delhi on in Jaipur India. please give the information at the earliest by email.
