After breast encapsulation

I had breast implants when i was 18. They encapsulated shortly after. I did have the encapsulation removed and they encapsulated again.  I had then removed about five year ago. I am know going to get a lift, however, because I am an A cup I was looking in to breast implants again to make them fuller. One doctor said that there the chance of it encapsulating again is low. Another doctor said that it was a 50% chance of it happening again and recommended i do the fat injections to obtain fullness. Another doctor said the fat injection do not look good and I should do the implant again. I see that the stem cell fat injections were only approved in 2009 so i am not sure about the effectiveness. What you recommend that I do, implants, fat injections or just a lift?
