Anyone have Mentor CPG Cohesive gel implants?

I have had breast implants for 19 years and just found out that one has ruptured. I am going to have them replaced and was wondering if any of you had gotten the newest implants on the market. It is my understanding that only a few select surgeons in the US can use these and they are at the end of the 10 year test to be approved by the FDA. It just so happens one of those few surgeons are here in my town. Should I try these new implants?
